I fully understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and that sessions may need to be cancelled or rescheduled.
Please give at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling.

If 24 hours notice is not given, or if you do not show up for your appointment, understand that you will be charged for the full session.

If I am able to fill the time slot, you will not be charged.

If you are someone who needs a reminder, please let me know and we can arrange for a reminder phone call.
